材料: 100克 中筋麵粉 60克 黑芝麻粉 45克 糖粉 1/4茶匙 鹽 1湯匙 花生醬/花生草莓果醬 70毫升 玉米油
塗層: 1粒蛋黃 1茶匙清水 1茶匙 食油
做法: 1. 把全部材料混合均勻成粉團。 2. 取出少許粉團 (約5-6克,壓至緊實後輕輕搓圓,放在已鋪上不沾烤盤紙的烤盤上。 3. 表面塗點蛋液,再沾上少許黑芝麻。 4. 放入已預熱的烤爐,以160°C,上下火,烘烤20分鐘 5. 等待冷卻後,收入密封瓶子即可

Step: 1. Mix all the ingredients evenly into a dough. 2.
